03 No Guarantees or Professional Advice

All advice and recommendations are provided for general business purposes only. Jack of Trades does not guarantee:

• Investment results

We are not acting as licensed legal, tax, or financial advisors unless explicitly stated. Clients should seek professional advice where required.

04 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make final decisions independently
• Implement recommendations at their own discretion

Jack of Trades is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client decisions.

05 Fees and Payments

• Fees will be agreed upon prior to engagement
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

06 Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Clients also agree not to disclose proprietary methods, materials, or strategies provided by Jack of Trades.

07 Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, documents, and strategies provided remain the intellectual property of Jack of Trades unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use materials for their own business purposes.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack of Trades shall not be liable for:

• Business losses or financial damages
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Decisions made based on our advice

All services are used at the client's own risk.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• There is a misuse of services
• There is abusive or inappropriate conduct

Clients may terminate services based on agreed terms, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
