Jack of Trades ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides consulting and advisory services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following refund policy.
01 General Policy
All payments made for consulting and advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Due to the nature of consulting services — where value is provided through time, expertise, and strategic guidance — refunds are not applicable after service commencement.
02 Service-Based Conditions
One-Time Consultations
- Fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has taken place
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session, the session is considered delivered
Ongoing Consulting / Packages
- Payments for packages or retainers are non-refundable once work has begun
- Any unused portion of services may expire as per the agreed terms
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours recommended)
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session
03 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- The service was not delivered due to an error on our part
- A duplicate payment was made
Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Jack of Trades.
04 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and relevant information
- Actively participating in the consulting process
- Implementing strategies at their own discretion
Lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.
05 Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Additional administrative fees
- Legal action, where applicable
